Sports Field Construction

Specialty Turf Supply specializes in sports field construction projects. We’ve built over 30 sport fields that include football, baseball, softball, and soccer fields, and have constructed pickle ball courts and playgrounds.

Sports Field Renovation

Specialty Turf Supply specializes in renovation work of existing sports fields to overcome things like poor drainage, improper grading, and inadequate soils that create unacceptable playing surfaces. STS is heavily involved in maintaining player safety.

Natural Turf Maintenance

Specialty Turf Supply has been maintaining athletic fields for over 20 years. We provide maintenance services for over 70 fields in the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area. We provide a complete turnkey operation.

Track Construction

Specialty Turf Supply can meet all of your track construction needs and has several track conversions that we have partnered on with Conica tracks. We provide track installation and track maintenance services.

Synthetic Turf Maintenance

Specialty Turf Supply has a complete line of synthetic turf maintenance equipment to handle the synthetic turf industry grooming and routine maintenance needs. We can blow and groom your fields for the next big event.

Hauling Services

Specialty Turf Supply offers 3 dump trucks with which we can meet your full-service hauling needs. We also work closely with other construction companies to help meet the needs of their customers as well.

The turf is called Pivot™ by Tencate Greenfields, and uses GeoCool™, a high performance cooling agent with ultimate temperature reduction.
